International World Yoga Day celebrated with great fanfare in Qadian

World Yoga Day is celebrated all over the world on 21st June.. On December 11, 2014, the Permanent Representative of India, Ashok Mukherjee, moved a resolution in the General Assembly of the United Nations, under which the resolution was passed by 177 members, accepting the call of Prime Minister Narinder  Modi to observe June 21 as Yoga Day.

Under which the first International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st January 2015. Yoga helps in keeping man physically, mentally and spiritually fit and since ancient time’s sages and  sadhus used to stay mentally and physically fit only through yoga. Gradually today people have also started adopting yoga and especially yoga is practiced in almost every household in India. In Qadian under this series also, from children to old people played an important role in celebrating Yoga Day. The children exclusively took their videos and photos and shared those clippings online so that they could participate in the yoga competition. Giving information in this regard, yoga guru Vinay Pushkarna said that with yoga, human beings remain mentally, physically and spiritually healthy and its asanas also get rid of many types of diseases.
