On instructions of Education Secretary Krishan Kumar to enhance the quality of teachers of Hindi, Punjabi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social studies , District Education Officer Harpal Singh Sandhwalia and Education Officer Gursharan Singh from Hoshiarpur commenced a three-day virtual leadership workshop of the teachers of district gurdaspur and hoshiarpur under the supervision of district mentors Surinder Mohan, Narinder Singh Bist, Gurnam Singh, Paramjit Singh etc. In this workshop, state resource persons Chandrashekhar, Nirmal Kaur, Rajbir Kaur Punjabi, Surinder Mohan DM, Paramjit Singh, Gurnam Singh, Motivated the block mentors of their respective subjects through online workshops. On this occasion, they explained the styles of leadership to the block mentors.
